IbraTech data deletion instructions
Data subjects and their authorized representatives can request help by email without signing into IbraTech. These instructions describe a human-reviewed request, not an automatic deletion tool or a Meta Data Deletion Callback.

1. Choose the scope of your request
Specify what you want so a different action is not mistaken for your request:
- Data deletion: identify whether you mean your account, your records at a particular shop or integration information.
- Disconnect WhatsApp: request removal of IbraTech's access to a business account. This is not a request to delete your number or account with Meta.
- Stop messages: tell the shop messaging you that you no longer want messages. You can also contact us for help with an IbraTech-related request. A full deletion request is not required merely to opt out of messaging.
2. Email your request
Email info@pccgroup.sa with the subject 'Data deletion request — IbraTech'. Initially include the shop name if applicable, your account or contact email, your relationship to the data and a brief description of the requested scope. You can use the prepare-email button below.
- If you are a shop customer, identify the shop and a way to reply without attaching other customers' records.
- If you cannot access your account email, explain this; an appropriate verification method can be discussed without asking for your password.
- Do not send passwords, OTPs, PINs, access tokens, app secrets, payment-card details or database exports. Do not attach identity documents or other sensitive documents to the initial email.
3. Identity and scope review
The privacy contact reviews the request and verifies identity and authority to the extent necessary, asking for limited additional information or clarification when needed. Requesting deletion of another person's data or an entire shop account requires appropriate authority; this does not prevent individuals from submitting requests about their own personal data held by a shop.
Where the shop manages the records, we coordinate with the authorized party on scope and execution. Pending operations, payment and audit records, and applicable retention requirements are also reviewed. An unverified email does not automatically trigger an irreversible deletion.
4. Action and response
After verification, we explain what can be done within IbraTech's scope and what needs action by the shop or an external provider, then handle the request under applicable requirements. The response states the outcome and any data excluded from deletion and why, or the information needed to complete the request.
Rights requests are acted on without delay and within 30 days of receipt under applicable rules. If execution requires unexpected or unusual additional effort, or multiple requests are received from the same data subject, an extension of no more than 30 additional days may apply with advance notice and reasons. Follow up by replying to the same email thread.
Destruction covers copies of the relevant data in our systems, including backups, subject to applicable legal exceptions. We coordinate required destruction with parties to which information was disclosed and explain the scope and reason for any retention based on an applicable legal ground. Backups are not a blanket exception; acknowledging a request or archiving a record does not constitute deletion.
What does not happen automatically
The remove-from-device control in IbraTech settings clears only the local device credential. It does not disconnect server-side access, revoke Meta permissions or delete all shop data. Removing an integration from Meta is also not a substitute for requesting deletion of IbraTech records.
Deletion on our side does not automatically remove messages already received on recipients' devices, copies or exports held by a shop, or the WhatsApp Business Account itself. Meta and other independent parties have their own procedures and policies. We explain the additional action needed rather than guarantee deletion outside our authority.
