1. Information We Collect

Contact forms collect the information you enter, such as your name, mobile number, email, company or shop name, service interest and message. Required and optional fields are identified in the form; an IbraTech demo requires a name and Saudi mobile number, with other details optional. Hosting and request handling can process technical information such as IP addresses and request details; our contact endpoint uses an IP-based abuse limit. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics also processes visit, page and interaction information. Our custom analytics events use predefined categories rather than your name, phone number, email or message text.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use inquiry information to respond, arrange the requested demonstration and follow up on the services or support you requested. Technical request information supports website operation and abuse prevention. Optional analytics helps us understand visits and improve the website. Information may also be needed to meet applicable legal requirements. Submitting a demo request does not subscribe you to general marketing; marketing information about our services is sent only with your consent.

3. Data Protection

The website uses HTTPS, validates contact requests on the server and applies request limits. Optional analytics is controlled by the visitor's choice, and custom event fields are limited to predefined categories. These measures reduce particular risks; they do not guarantee that every security or data-protection risk is eliminated. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or customer database exports through the inquiry form.

4. Cookies & Tracking

Google Analytics is optional and is loaded only after you choose Accept analytics. You can choose Decline without preventing a demo request, or change your choice later using Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawing consent disables further analytics tracking by this website; it does not automatically erase information already collected or remove existing cookies. You can manage existing cookies in your browser. We save the analytics choice in local storage; the theme preference uses a cookie and local storage, and contact-form submission times are stored locally to limit repeated submissions. These functional preferences are separate from optional analytics.

5. Third-Party Services

The website uses Vercel for hosting and Resend to deliver contact requests to the company mailbox, currently hosted with Gmail. Optional analytics uses Google Analytics. Some general contact pages embed Google Maps; the simplified IbraTech demo form does not. Opening WhatsApp or another external service follows that provider's policies. Providers are involved only as relevant to the feature used, and some processing can take place outside Saudi Arabia. App integrations and their providers are described separately in the IbraTech privacy policy.

When you use the AI assistant, our Cloudflare-hosted service receives your question, up to six recent conversation messages, your selected topic and project answers, selected language, business division and current page path. Relevant context is processed by Cloudflare Workers AI to generate an answer. This website keeps the conversation and project answers only in memory and does not persist a chat transcript. You can start a new conversation to clear them. Do not share sensitive personal or business information in the chat.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable laws and regulations. Contact form submissions are retained for the duration needed to respond to your inquiry and any subsequent service engagement.

7. Your Rights

Under the Saudi PDPL and applicable conditions, you can request access to your personal information, correction, deletion or a copy in a clear, commonly used electronic format, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Withdrawal does not undo earlier lawful processing or applicable retention requirements. Contact us using the details below to exercise these rights; we may need proportionate verification of identity and the request's scope.

8. Children's Privacy

This website presents business services and accepts business inquiries; it is not a child-facing service. Do not include children's records in a contact or demo request. If such information has been sent, contact us to review and handle it under applicable requirements. This website scope is separate from the IbraTech application, where a shop may record dependents' measurements, including children's information, as explained in the application's privacy policy.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
