What we can scope together
The project proposal defines the required work and each party's responsibilities around your actual needs.
CRM and customer follow-up
Collect an enquiry, create or update a lead and route it to the responsible team. Plan which contact details and conversation context should reach your CRM, with access limited to the staff who need them.
ERP and operational notifications
Connect supported order, invoice and service events to WhatsApp updates. Help customers follow progress while staff use the business system as their source of information. Agree the trigger, recipient and approved message for each notification.
Websites and online stores
Connect website enquiries and store events to your follow-up process. Depending on the available APIs, the scope can include order lookups, delivery updates and links to existing product or checkout pages.
Customer support with staff handover
Plan enquiry routing, answers from your approved information and a clear route to a person. Where useful, scope a team inbox or an AI assistant with defined boundaries and enough context for staff to continue the conversation.
Bookings, forms and quotations
Collect the details needed for an appointment, quotation or service request through structured conversations or WhatsApp Flows. Confirm availability and any action with your connected system before telling a customer it is complete.
Messaging setup and ongoing support
Scope account and number onboarding, message templates, delivery monitoring and staff training. Optional campaigns use approved templates, recorded customer consent and opt-out handling. Agree maintenance and support responsibilities before launch.
About the service and its scope
Turn a customer enquiry into a recorded lead, send an update when an order is ready, or let a customer check a booking. We develop WhatsApp integrations around your customer management system (CRM), business management system (ERP), online store or website, so your team can follow the conversation alongside the work it relates to.
Based in Dammam and serving businesses across Saudi Arabia, PCC Group is a Tech Provider for the WhatsApp Business Platform. We review your systems and customer journey online, then define the connections, account setup and development your project needs. Start with one useful workflow and expand after a reviewed pilot.
From requirements to handover
- 1. Map the workflow and systems
Choose a measurable outcome, such as recording an enquiry or sending an order update. Review the system APIs, account access and required data, then agree scope, costs and responsibilities.
- 2. Build and review the connection
Configure the agreed account and messaging setup, then develop the integration. Review templates, staff handover and what happens when information is missing, a request repeats or a connected system is unavailable.
- 3. Pilot, train and expand
Run a limited pilot against agreed acceptance examples. Confirm the records, messages and handovers, train the responsible staff and agree support before extending the workflow to more customers or teams.

Questions before you start
Can you connect any CRM or ERP?
We first review the system's supported APIs, access rights and provider terms. Some projects need custom development or a different workflow. We confirm feasibility before quoting a connection; a ready-made connector is not assumed.
Who owns the WhatsApp account and number?
The setup is planned around your business owning its account and number, with the access needed for implementation and support agreed explicitly. If you already use WhatsApp Business, we review the supported onboarding options before making changes.
How are implementation and messaging charged?
The proposal separates development and setup from ongoing support, hosting and applicable messaging, provider or AI charges. The funding arrangement and who pays each provider are confirmed for your project before launch.
Can we send offers to all our contacts?
Customers must have agreed to receive the relevant messages, and opt-outs must be respected. Business-initiated messages use approved templates where required. Account eligibility and template decisions remain subject to the platform's rules and review.
Does the integration need AI?
No. Rules and structured choices are often enough for order updates, request collection and routing. We scope AI when it helps answer varied questions using reliable business information, with a clear handover to staff.
Is a WhatsApp button the same as an automated integration?
A button opens a conversation; it does not itself update your CRM or send system-triggered messages. Our MK Auto Spares case study in Riyadh demonstrates a catalog-to-WhatsApp enquiry journey. Automatic order updates or CRM records require a separately scoped connection to the relevant system.
