No. The products make it easier for real customers to reach your review link. Customers choose their own rating and words. We don’t sell reviews, offer incentives, filter unhappy customers or guarantee ratings.
An eligible business needs a profile with an available review link. If yours is ready, choose Review essentials. If you need setup or improvements, choose Local presence or Connected presence. Google determines eligibility and verification methods; approval is not guaranteed.
No dedicated PCC app is needed. Customers can tap with a compatible NFC-enabled phone, or scan the printed QR code on any of the four medium stand designs or the large stand. The pocket card uses NFC, with a separate digital QR graphic supplied. Internet access and Google Account sign-in are needed to post a review.
Google provides the Business Profile at no charge. Our fees cover the physical products and our optional setup, website and management services. You retain ownership of your profile; we work through the access you authorize. PCC Group is an independent service provider, not Google.
