Ecommerce website development in Saudi Arabia

Plan an Arabic and English online store with PCC Group. Scope products, checkout, payments, delivery and WhatsApp ordering for your Saudi business.

What we can scope together

The project proposal defines the required work and each party's responsibilities around your actual needs.

Product catalog and bilingual storefront

Organize categories, product details, photographs, prices and options so shoppers can compare items on a phone. Agree how Arabic and English content will be prepared and updated, who maintains stock information, and which products need a conversation before an order. For beauty products, fashion or spare parts, the important product fields will differ.

Checkout and payment integration

Define the cart, customer details, order records, confirmation and payment journey together. Review the selected payment provider's onboarding, supported methods and fees before committing to an integration. Test successful, declined and interrupted payment cases; real payments start only after the provider activates the merchant account and the agreed checks pass.

Delivery, returns and daily operations

Turn your actual delivery areas, charges, preparation times and returns policy into clear product and checkout information. Agree who receives each order, updates its status and handles a return. Inventory, courier connections, invoices and staff roles are included only where specified, with the necessary provider accounts and responsibilities identified.

Search visibility and customer follow-up

Plan category and product URLs, search titles, descriptions, images and appropriate structured data around accurate catalog information. Connect buying guides to relevant products and agree consent-based shopping measurement. WhatsApp ordering can provide a route to your team; automated order notifications or CRM integration are scoped separately against the systems available.

About the service and its scope

Build an online store around the way your business sells. PCC Group develops ecommerce websites for Saudi businesses, with Arabic and English product pages and an agreed journey from browsing to placing an order. Our team is based in Dammam and works with customers across the Kingdom through online discussions, preview reviews and handover.

Start with your products and order process. Asiella, featured in our portfolio, brings product browsing, a cart, checkout and WhatsApp ordering into one bilingual storefront. MK Auto Spares in Riyadh demonstrates a different approach: a catalog leading to a staff-led parts enquiry. Your store can be planned around checkout, a quotation conversation, or both, according to what your customers need.

From requirements to handover
  1. 1. Define the catalog and order journey

Review representative products, their options and how an order is accepted today. Agree launch languages, checkout requirements, delivery coverage and responsibilities before pricing the work.

  2. 2. Review the store online

Use a preview with representative product data to review mobile browsing, cart totals and the order journey. Share feedback online and test provider integrations in their test environment where available.

  3. 3. Prepare launch and handover

Check payment readiness, product information and the agreed order scenarios. Review access and catalog management with your team, then agree launch, maintenance and the handling of customer enquiries.

Questions before you start

What determines the cost of an online store?

Catalog size and complexity, languages, design, payment and business-system connections, data migration and administration needs all affect scope. We separate development from hosting, provider charges and ongoing support. Share a sample catalog and order journey for a project quote; company-website packages are not automatically a complete store quote.

Can we start with a catalog and add checkout later?

Yes, if the first release clearly explains how to order. The MK Auto Spares case study shows a catalog that leads to a staff conversation. Adding checkout later requires its own product, stock, payment, delivery and order-management review.

Can you work with a business in Riyadh, Jeddah or Al Khobar?

Yes. We serve businesses across Saudi Arabia from our Dammam base. The brief, design review and handover can be handled online. Your store's delivery coverage is defined by your own operation and is agreed separately from where our development service is available.

Does launching a store automatically put its products on Google?

No. Search indexing and product listings have their own requirements and review. We can scope the necessary product pages, buying information and Merchant Center preparation, but Google decides eligibility and visibility. Merchant setup is a separate service when included in the proposal.
