2. Our Services
PCC Group Programming Division provides digital solutions including but not limited to: web design and development, mobile application development, artificial intelligence solutions, visual identity and branding, social media management, and search engine optimization (SEO). The scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project will be defined in a separate service agreement between the client and the company.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of PCC Group Programming Division and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables as specified in their service agreement. However, PCC Group Programming Division retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. User Obligations
You agree to: (a) provide accurate and complete information when using our contact forms or engaging our services; (b) not use our website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws; (c) not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website or systems; (d) not reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any part of our website without express written permission.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms, including amounts, schedules, and methods, will be outlined in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit is required before project commencement. All fees are quoted in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are subject to applicable VAT as per Saudi tax regulations. Late payments may result in project suspension until outstanding balances are settled.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PCC Group Programming Division shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the terms specified therein. PCC Group Programming Division reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its website at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the company.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our website and services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
