Configured for your business
From business setup to live invoicing
We configure invoicing and integration within our systems, with a clear scope for your business details and transactions.
Configure your business in the system
We review your business details, VAT number, branches, invoicing units and sales workflow. We define the setup needed for your use of our system, team permissions, and the information and actions required from your authorized representative.
Standard and simplified tax invoices
We configure the invoice types and related credit and debit notes your transactions require within our system. The review covers supplier and customer details, line items, tax and the required electronic format, with the appropriate standard or simplified invoice workflow.
Connect with the Fatoora platform
We configure our system's Fatoora connection for your business, including onboarding, technical setup and the clearance or reporting workflows relevant to each invoice type. We review platform responses, invoice status tracking and how the team resolves submission issues.
Test, launch and train your team
We test representative transactions and review invoices, notes and platform responses before live operation. Your agreement defines training, permissions, handover, support and updates, with a responsible contact on each side.
A clear path to live integration
- 1
Match the system to your business
Share your industry, branch and invoicing-unit count, and ZATCA notification status. We review the sales workflow and required invoice types, then define the system scope and setup steps.
- 2
Configure and test the connection
We review details and access, configure the system and connection, and test representative invoices and notes in the appropriate environment. We review results and error handling with the responsible team.
- 3
Start operating with your team
Once setup and verification are complete, we coordinate live operation and explain issuing and tracking invoices. The proposal and agreement define training, support and updates.
Your Phase 2 questions
This service is part of our five systems: IbraTech for tailoring, and our engineering-office, transport and logistics, contracting, and restaurant systems. Together we identify the right system, branches, invoicing units and document types, then agree setup, operation, training and support.
Which of your systems support Phase 2?
All five of our systems support Phase 2: IbraTech for tailoring and fabric shops, engineering-office ERP, transport and logistics ERP, contracting ERP, and restaurant ERP. Each is configured for the business, branches and transactions before live use.
Can you connect another provider's software?
This service covers e-invoicing within PCC Group's own systems. If you plan to move to one of our systems, share your industry and existing data so we can review the appropriate system, migration scope and setup.
Do you support standard and simplified invoices?
We identify the standard and simplified tax invoices and related notes your transactions require, then configure and test those workflows within our system. Clearance or reporting follows the invoice type and applicable ZATCA requirements.
Is a QR code enough for Phase 2?
Phase 2 includes Fatoora integration and invoices in the required electronic format. We therefore review the complete issue, integration and response workflow alongside the invoice fields and QR code required for its type.
Is the connection activated automatically?
Each customer needs business, branch and invoicing-unit configuration, onboarding and testing. Phase 2 support provides the system capabilities; live use for your business begins after the agreed setup and verification are complete.
How are the timing and price determined?
We review the integration date against your ZATCA notification and applicable requirements. Our proposal depends on the system, branches, invoicing units, setup, data migration, training and support required; scope and delivery timing are agreed for your project.
